Default 400NL | 3bet JJ. check, check, rivered set facing allin ???

I haven't been paying attention until this hand caught my eye. Villain is like 29/22, the 3-bettor here is like 35/28.

This is the previous hand to mine. My Villain is UTG+1 here. I didn't have stats at the time and I actually had both players pegged as very tight! Even assuming these guys are tight and I'm OOP, I suppose I should at least call pre-flop here? Even if incorrect, I don't think this fold is terrible, thoughts?

Titan 2.00/4.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Button ($400.00)
SB Hero ($396.00)
BB ($253.10)
UTG ($342.00)
UTG+1 ($393.53)

Preflop: Hero is in the SB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to 16.00, Button raises to 52.00, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls 36.00.

Flop (110.00) 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG+1 checks, Button checks.

Turn (110.00) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG+1 checks, Button bets 85.00, UTG+1 moves all-in for 341.53, Button calls 256.53.

River (793.06) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Button shows 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG+1 shows 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG+1 wins 793.06 with A straight, Seven high

Tight player opens early, tight player 3bets on a site where 3betting is generally quite tight as it is. I'm in the small blind OOP against two tight PF raisers.

How about you explain for me why I should play this hand?
