0/5 in flips and 0/2 in 80/20s against shortstacks today, no joke. That's -$222 in all-in equity right there assuming they're each $20 stacks. Lovely.

DB- good post by Grunch. Thanks for sharing it with us.

My favorite part was

There isn't just one style of no-limit play that works; although in reading the 2p2 no-limit forums you might get the idea that there is only one "right" style.

And it's true even on more levels not addressed by Grunch in that particular post.

I'm playing a different style this month than I have all year. And it's working. But as a result I can't post here as much anymore because I take a lot of lines that aren't recommended by the community based on the style of game which most here play.

Note also that Dan Harrington, in HOH1, first noted that there are several ways to win at this game.

Ay, I have played what he called 'superaggressive' I think, where position and whois in become secondary to seeing lots of flops relatively cheap and concentrating on the postflop only - and there ain't that many people that play it and aren't maniac spewers (hell, my bad sessions looks like maniac spew, but good sessions are $$$$$$$$$$$$$).
