Terrible board. C/f turn. Well, maybe bet/fold.

from the SB i like aRR to like 3.5 or 4.

flop bet is fine. turn is a check IMO. then look to value bet river.

river is huge spew after villain calls your monster turn bet.

Also, edit the river and your initial comments about bad luck as it will skew people's ability to give you unbiased critique.
