I know this is a tongue-in-cheek response, but I've watched about 20 minutes of this video and I'm curious how they throw people in jail for tax evasion if it's not a law on the books?

You always hear people referring to how they never got Capone on any of his organized crime, they "nailed him for tax evasion." Don't the courts have to point a law when making a ruling?

Is there a thread on this somewhere already?
