Surely some reads are needed here. How has UTG been playin? HAs he been opening many pots from UTG?

Bond lately im smooth callin with JJ pre but Im not sure if its a good idea this deep in tourney lets say vs an unkown?

Im not really sure how i would have played JJ here unless I knew someting about UTG player

If i got myself in this spot i call here, just going by his overbet

Under Dog,

Smooth calling pre with JJ at these stacks is bad about 99% of the time.

I would have to think UTG is the biggest nit ever to fold here pre.

Vs an unknown JJ is basically the nuts this deep in the tournament. As Nath would say "YOU HAVE THE NIZZLES, SHOVE!!"

[/ QUOTE ]You have no room to get cute and flat call here, this is a turbo and these tournaments are CRAZY. All you need to know about utg is that he's in the tournament and JJ is way ahead of his range but doesn't hit the flop most of the time.

I didn't like the pre-flop call either. A push pf here may even be interpretted as a aqueeze play and induce calls from a much wider range from UTG+1.

As played, I couldn't have dreamt of a better flop and am following UTG+1 all the way.

Call.
