Total pot: (28.31 BB)

Result: seat seven played with 2 small pairs and hit the boat on the river

I didn't want to re-raise on 5th because I wanted seat 5 with the lower straight in. At this time I do no not believe seat 7 has a flush draw.

Even if I lost this hand, I believe I played it correctly. Comments?

Well. If seat 7 is bad enough to raise on 6th street with only two pair, I suppose that you can't really put him on a better hand than yours on the 7th street. There are probably some dead money from seat 3 too (looks like he had a straight), so you only need to win 1/3 of the time to show a profit from reraising on 7th.

If I where to put seat 7 on a hand on 6th street, I would probably have guessed trips or a wheel. He might have played a wheel with a flush draw like this. There's a chance that he could have had a flush. I still think that it might be a good play to reraise on 7th. I'm not a casual stud player, though. Maybe someone else has another opinion about this hand.

I might just call the raise on seventh, but I'd find it pretty hard to put seat 7 on a boat so I can't really argue too much with the way you played it.

I may raise 3rd and try to isolate the 9 with your overcards. I would prob. bet 4th and see if anyone is interested in their hand.
The rest is ok. You can't put seat 7 on a flush draw given the action so it sure looks like you are against 2 lower straights or straight and trips maybe.

If you're going to limp in with this dog on third, why not bet when you catch good on fourth?

Three-bet fifth. A straight is a good hand, but hardly invulnerable. I'm guessing many at this level will call along with a straight draw anyway.

Maybe slow down a bit on the river. You're hardly locked. That the other guy called your three-bet on sixth and raised the river suggests that he improved. Maybe his wheel turned into a flush or his set turned into a full house. Or maybe he's clueless. You were in the game and we weren't. You could hardly be faulted for just calling. Given how much action he's given with what was clearly not the best hand, you could hardly be faulted for capping, either.

Yep. Given hero's position, live suited overcards in the hole, the other door cards and short-handedness of the game, I would definitely raise this on 3rd street, take control of the hand, bet-out on 4th and get it over with as quickly as possible.

raising river is bad here, your board is terrifying, screams higher straight, you've shown strength and now your opponent still raises you? Bet you threw up in your mouth when he four bet. Other than that, I think it's all good, although I might have just jammed fifth.
