I like an under psr and set any player up that calls that raise set up to get your stack in on the next two streets.

If you raise and he has Q9xx you are virtually guaranteed to get all the money in with a huge freeroll. If you call, sure you allow the button to call $4, but he's not likely calling much more without improving which is only good for you if he has a worse flush draw. If he has KQxx with Qx of diamonds he is probably getting it in on the flop regardless if he's bad so your slowplay doesn't accomplish anything unless BB habitually leads out really weak.
