Default 200NL Weird spot vs overaggro villain on river

Villain is extremely aggro and makes huge overbets.
I 3-bet KQos OOP once, c-bet T84 flop and he shoved.
He shoved alot when scare-cards hit (flush/board paired), but he has not been called yet.

He is 60/21 and aggr by street are 2/infinite/3 over 100 hands.

i lean toward a call if he's been betting scare cards

you have 2 pair and it looks like you have nothing

When you say "shoved alot when scare cards hit", do you mean in decent sized pots or in nothing sized pots like this one?

.....In which bluffing a stack is insane even for an insane person.
