Hi everyone

Usually don't come on this site, usually just read neverwinpoker. ANyways I must say Mark Seif is getting off this whole thing a bit too easy and I will show you all why. I did some research that might leave him squirming a bit

So on the 11th of Feb 2006, Mark got in this big chat tiff with a bunch of high limit players. One of them was STUCKINPGH who copied and pasted a lot of the chat to neverwinpoker......

http://www.neverwinpoker.com/forums/...howtopic=14438

So then 4 days later Mark is playing again and STUCKINPGH is there. So guess what, Mark is miffed about Stuck posting the last chat and making him look bad. So they get into a big fight about it and Mark is real angry....

http://www.neverwinpoker.com/forums/...howtopic=14644

Now later that same day Mark plays against Stuck heads up. No doubt bad blood between the two! So then that is when Stuck gets ahead of Mark and Mark suddenly says he will take him down, leaves and comes back, and then can't lose a hand....

http://www.internettexasholdem.com/phpbb...as-vt34808.html

Notice the dates of all 3 posts, very interesting huh

[/ QUOTE ] If those chat logs are authentic, wow.

[/ QUOTE ]

They are, this is totally standard Seif for as long as I have been playing on AP(since the party skin split).

He is a FANTASTIC professional and a GREAT rep for AP as you can see.

Edit-Bahaha, just saw that Im in the one...he DID ban my chat for this....

Double Edit- I was always a prick to him....for a while I asked him genuine Q's and chatted, problem is he ignored and berated not only the railbirds but those actually playing his game....than I decided it tilted him hard so Id mouth off.

Adanthar says he thinks Scott Tom posted as

the watchdog

here. But that account hasn't posted in these AP scandal threads.

(also, Poker Addict apparently believes Scott Tom used the account pokermachine, which last spammed circa June 2007)

[/ QUOTE ]

The Watchdog made a "Who I am and where I have posted" at Casinomeister.

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/poke...html#post195466

He has made shilly posts for other poker rooms besides AP at CM too. It seems he just knows all these people involved, of course I could be wrong.

[/ QUOTE ]

On the site his profile says his birthday is January 30, 1981. Can we cross-reference this with Scott Tom's Birthday, Iheard he had a myspace account.

I'm pretty sure that's already been done. Scott Tom is in his early to mid 30's (it was 32 or 34), The Watchdog is 26. This is of course if the Myspace and CM profiles are correct.

I wonder what Scott Tom's exact reason is to beta-test the 8.0 software with just one player.

Don't they have other (more efficient) ways to beta-test their software?
Or did Scott Tom just want to test this hole-cards thing with one unsuspecting user? If so, why?

I get the feeling that the 8.0 CLIENT is leaking all the hand-info.

This isn't enough, don't settle for this guys unless they are forthcoming with full details and willing to submit to a 100% independent audit. Don't let them buy you off.

Do you not realize how bad it would be for online poker and by extension all of us, if this thing is pushed any further?

The truth must be allowed to come out.

All other online poker rooms must then issue very clear statements ensuring their players that they have taken the necessary steps to ensure this will never happen again.

Look up StreamRoller and the tourney he's won and look at the data for the WHOLE final table with exception of the 8th and 9th place finishers. Also look up Thetaxman13 and his final table that he's won. Look at the data for the whole final table. Just curious to whats going on.
p.s. POTR0AST was in that final table which Thetaxman13 had won

not easy to sort the facts from the speculation in these threads...could someone confirm this:

the current owner of absolute poker was the founder of the kahnawake gaming commission?

You can close the internet now. We win.

OK, seriously:

(1) I wish I could go back through every thread on this and take every post from everyone who didn't believe the evidence and... and... well I don't know. But damn, glad we won't have to listen to that now. (Of course, now we have to listen to every penny-table player talk about how they were cheated, but meh.)

(2) Anyone who believes this was incompetence and not a coverup, go back and read all the statements from AP knowing what we know now. Between hand histories, who was who and where they were, disappearing DNS entries, chip dumping, and contradictory statements, its 100% obvious this is a coverup. Seriously, go read them now.

(3) Keep up the pressure, this thing isn't over yet! AP hasn't even admitted anything yet.
