I've never heard of any rakeback there. I thought Pokersyndicate stopped their affiliate program about 6 months ago when they changed their business model. I've never heard of the other site.

Digital Gaming Netowork (DGN) right? If so, I got rakeback on Wingows on the same network through another forum I read, so it is available.

I'm pretty sure you can still get 45% rakeback on Pokerworld if you really want to play on that network. Their cashouts are very quick too. I would have to think there are prop jobs available too on DGN. Just be careful of the sites that might have anything to do with Futurebet except Full Contact.

They use their own cashier system and bank themselves. They have no reports of payment issues either. Most FB sites are banked by FB and that has proven to be trouble for years.
