Very tough to isolate his range with no read. He's played and won a hand already, apparently. Could this mean he's loose? Too little information...

He could have: AJ+, with at least one spade (but the nut flush would be trapping now too). TT, JJ are also possible, I'm pretty sure he 3-bets the flop with 99. I think you are mostly behind his range; if he's drawing to the flush he's either crazy or has the As, and most likely a K with it.

I like trying to check this out. If he's drawing he may also check; if he's ahead he makes a move at this and you can frown and fold.

I am not sure I like your flop overpot.

I'd c/c turn, probably.

The K doesn't bother me as much as the spades do. Calling your bet on the flop he either has or is drawing to the flush. Check/calling is probably the best play but I don't like the idea of giving him a free card to catch the flush, if he has the A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] with a Q-10. Tough decision.
