Default Nuts in hand vs set/dp Value shove River?

I haven't played much hands with vilain, but he seems to be a solid regular. That's the first time I see him flop betting into the raiser.
As played, I put him an a set/two pairs. Could he pay a shove on the river with these hands or should I bet something like 2/3 of the pot?
