Default 100NL QQ Getting 4-Bet

Villain has taggy stats and this is the first time I have 3-bet him. I have been playing rather loose however. Note the stack sizes.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $169.25
BB: $39.70
UTG: $30.35
CO: $214.55
BTN: $98.45

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $3.50</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $11.50</font>, BB folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $35</font>, Hero???

I'd fold due to taggy stats and having over 100bb. He has aces, kings, or ace king 95% of the time...If you had a good read on him and knew he was capable of 4 bet bluffing this might be different but readless I think it's a fold.
