ok well the story seems to be that the house passed a budget extension, and the senate is supposedly going to ratify it as part of a negotiated agreement.

however, its still possible that the senate reneges on its agreement and doesn't approve the budget extension.

i guess things are looking up, but we're not out of the woods yet.

Yea. If they could loot in Los Angeles after a silly trial verdict or in Louisiana after a little storm you should be able to loot after your state shuts down.
