Default 50NL: 2 KQ Drawing Hands OOP

I was undecided on what the best play on both of these hands was. Being OOP made it much harder. Please explain what you would do and why.

#1 - Villain is a calling station. Note stack size too. The turn was a bad card. I didn't want to bet and get raised. I hate c/c in spots like this though.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (MP): $51.85
CO: $25.15
BTN: $20.90
SB: $16.15
BB: $28.50
UTG: $14.05

Pre-Flop: K Q dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, CO calls $1.75, 2 folds, BB calls $1.25

Flop: ($5.50) T J Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4</font>, CO calls $4, BB folds

Turn: ($13.50) J (2 Players)
Hero ?

#2 - Villain is another calling station. Again note stack sizes. This time villain isn't as short. Again I hate c/c, but the board is really draw heavy and I don't think I get this guy to fold much. Yet my hand is to good to throw away.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

Hero (CO): $59.25
BTN: $37.70
SB: $49.25
BB: $55.60
UTG: $62.10
MP: $50.05

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K dealt to Hero (CO)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, BTN calls $1.75, 2 folds

Flop: ($4.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3</font>, BTN calls $3

Turn: ($10.25) 4 (2 Players)
Hero ?

Hand 1. Calling stations don't raise very often, otherwise they'd be good players, right? So I think you need to keep up the betting. As you point out, stack sizes mean your opponent could be felted in this hand, and sometimes this is when calling stations do play a little bit more tightly, but I would say to keep betting.

Hand 2.
I would bet turn, and check river. He'll most likely check behind you as well, and I may call if he bets and i hit pair or straight on river.

1) I'm betting turn, folding a raise and cc'ing any reasonable river bet. He could so easily have a crappy Q if he's a calling station.

2) I'm betting turn for value with what I'd hope to be 14 outs against a station. $6-7 on turn is +EV to see the river if these are clean outs. 'Folds to cbets' / '% hands to SD' would be interesting here also.
