their support department makes me want to vomit
my account was locked for no reason whatsoever about 48 hours ago (i haven't even played fulltilt for more than a month and thankfully don't have a lot of money in there). After multiple emails I have yet to get any reply with any sort of explanation or notice. That's completely unacceptable and I would go insane if this happened to any of my main accounts.
