UF gave that one away. LSU will lose a game this year before bowl season though. You can't consistently make coaching decisions like that and win every time. Eventually you gamble and lose.

Turnovers are going to happen, no doubt they weren't forced but you have to stop them one time.

Wah, you can't double repeat in basketball and football. My tears are pretty small.

I don't understand how analysts are praising Les Miles. It's hard to believe he has a job.

LSU had 3 15+ play drives and converted FIVE 4th downs. They really ate the clock and kept our defense out there for long periods of time and eventually we wore down.

You gotta admit that without the fumble LSU most likely loses though. If if were skiffs wed all go sailing. Good game Tigas, I can't wait until you roll into Ttown.

Sidenote: I absolutely despise when people in public forums (like tv) say "athaletes."

I should give Lou a break though, because he speaks in flubber language.

Call it 50/50 if they hit OT.

4th and short they are probably 75%? 80%? Then first down from the 4 or whatever, probably 75% to get a TD?

Going for it is almost certainly correct, percentage wise. Esp when you give UF 15% to score after you kick a TD and probably drop it to 8% or so once you run off more clock and force them to get a TD to beat you if you score a TD there vs them winning on a field goal if you kick it.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is what I was thinking except I think Florida is much better than 15% to score a field goal with 2:20 left which is what they had at that point.

I really agree with this. LSU fans will praise him bc he has "balls" or whatever, but its so results oriented its sad.

MIZZOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh how will you break my heart this year? 5th down? Phantom kick? Tyus Edny returns a kickoff for a TD with 4 seconds left?
