Default $300 max LIVE 2nd nut flush vs overbet

A friend of mine ran into this hand tonight in a live game at a "home casino."

Hero: $250
Villain1: $600
Villain2: $350

Villain1 has not folded to any preflop bet less than $20 all night, which means he has been in every raised pot for a good hour or 2. I actually haven't seen him show a card over 10 in a good hour or more of playing, but he seems to be passive post flop until he hits big. Villain2 is some fatty that likes to gamble with his money and is generally a poor player who c-bets every flop.

Hero is dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Preflop standard $10 raise from Villain2, hero calls, Villain1 calls.

Flop is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Villain1 checks, Villain 2 bets $15, Hero calls, Villain1 raises to $40, Villain2 calls, hero calls.

Turn 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain1 checks, Villain2 bets $40, Hero calls, Villain1 raises to $300.

After about 3 minutes of thinking and talking about how he has to put money in to win money, Villain2 calls (all in), hero is last to act.

Result: River is a random non-heart, Villain1 shows Ah5h, Villain2 mucks 2 pair.

Would you ever drop in this situation?

Villian 2 has a very good chance of having the Ace, giving you the nuts against player 1. I don't know how you just called on the turn, but all the money is in there, so be grateful.
