MASH and Thirtysomething nominations rate pretty highly.

I also would nominate the last episode of Six Feet Under.
Those last 10 minutes or so REALLY got me.

Regarding MASH - My Mom got me the entire DVD set for XMas (I have always been a huge MASH nut) and suddenly my GF is really getting into the show. She never had watched it very much before.

She ended up borrowing the whole set and is making her way through the series a couple episodes at a time.
She's almost to the last season now and when she gets to the final episode we'll watch it together and I know she's going to be crying an ocean.

"In Excelsis Deo" in the first season of The West Wing (it's the one where the homeless war vet froze to death wearing Toby's coat). I'm a sucker for tear-jerking war vet stories. When Ms. Landingham tells the story of how her two sons died in Vietnam and then the whole funeral sequence cut to The Little Drummer Boy

edit:

dammit i knew i forgot one. Chalk me up for "The Inner Light", too.
