I highly doubt this kid is ever even going to move to Vegas. At most he might fly there, book a hotel for a few nights, realize it's not going to work and fly home. I'd bet my roll he wont stay in Vegas for a month. Tough talk about how it'll be fine living out of a car is easy to say from the comfort of your parents house.
