so..

bonds definitely juiced up, right? or do people actually not think so?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, RedBean believes Bonds and Brian Giles did not juice up once during their baseball career.

[/ QUOTE ]

WTF? Brian Giles? Wouldn't Brian Giles be exactly the player you would expect was clean? He hit for power until he was 32, declined a little, and bottomed out when he went to a severe pitcher's park.

Actually, I believe Bonds hasn't violated the MLB steroid policy.

[/ QUOTE ]

This isn't exactly saying much.

Actually, it says a lot, it's just not what people want to hear.

It doesn't say much. He broke the law, at least almost everyone believes so. Do we actually expect all of the sports leagues to create policies that tell them not to break laws?

No one cares about baseball players breaking the law. Please consider the implications of the things you try and argue, otherwise you are just flailing. If you are forced to retreat to the position "Well, he broke the law, how about that?" you've already lost.

I wouldn't say everyone.....for instance...the folks on the previous two grand juries that actually had access to all the evidence convened without issuing an indictment to even go to trial.

Baseball actually has a policy clearly spelled out concerning violating the law in regards to illegal drugs.

Barry Bonds has not violated this policy, nor the MLB steroid testing policy.

Al Capone never had anyone killed either, he just cheated on his taxes.
