Default when to move up levels in B&M ring games?

ive been playing a decent tight aggressive game at the 1/2 tables the past 2 weeks and ive built up from 150 to about 700. i keep my poker money seperate from my "real" money and usually when i cash out a winning night i will take maybe 40-50$ out for expenses, gas, random spending money for the week. so keeping that in mind i have won more than is currently in my bankroll

i also would have more if i stupidly didnt play roulette one night after having an awesome night tripling up in poker. but thats another story but i guess i learned my lesson the hard way and that is that when grinding poker it is poker and THATS IT.

so anyway im wondering when to move up in blinds, currently my usual buy in is 200 (300 max on the tables i play), and lately ive been leaving up around 100-250 profit. also i tend to leave when im anywhere between doubled/tripled up from my buy in, i know some people say you shouldnt leave when youre winning but i find i sometimes get looser if i have more chips to call marginal hands to the flop and i end up wasting chips where if i was getting the same hands when i first sat down with a fresh stack i would not even be playing because i tend to play tight ABC poker on the 1/2 tables as usually that is the only way to win with the calling stations and "gamblers" at the lowest limit in the casino.

i tried looking around but it seems all the threads about BR management are referring to online poker and im looking specificly for some tips on trying to grind 1/2 cash tables into something decent to eventually play higher stakes and afford a weekly tournament buy in of around 100 without denting the BR. but if i missed one please direct me to it, thanks!
