Default Rake vs Bonus question

I play on HollyWood Poker with no rake but i got a $1250 bonus payed in $250 increments. Iv cleared $500 dollars of it so far and estimate it takes around 12000 hands at 6max 50nl to make $250 dollars. Is this equivalent to 25-30% rakeback? I want to stay on the Ongame skin as im beating it and move about the various sites taking bonus. Obviously if i would make more with rakeback on a different site i will have to think about moving on. Thanks for any replies.

Just as a random guess, let's say your average contribution to each hand is $3. That's a total of $36,000 put in play. At 5% rake, you have then paid $1,800 in rake, which would equate to $450 in rakeback at 25%. Adjust the math according to your own estimate of average contribution to the pot.
