Agree... But what about Hero's original raise. Do we auto-raise 3x-ish all the time here with ATo? I mean, we hate to put in almost 20% of our stack and getting re-raised.

What about smooth calling and then come over the top if one of the blinds put in a raise? What about pushing? It's almost 750 in the pot already.

Yeah, but it's close. AJo/ATs close. The read that he's solid doesn't mean that BB is going to respect a button raise and loose SB donk call, or that he can't see that this is a really nice spot.

I don't get this. The size of his squeeze-bet leaves us with very little FE. The number of times we are dominating him is not so significant, in my estimation, compared to the number of times we are well behind.

If I'm BB, as long as I'm pretty sure SB is calling with a wide range here very often and not trapping very often, then I can make a standard resteal with a reasonably wide range and suck up the overlay. The situation I'm faced with, as far as I understand it, is a button raise and a donk call. So my point is that BB doesn't have to be loaded here. Buttons going to fold a lot of his raising range (ATo for a start) and SB is going to fold almost everything.

EDit: the squeeze bet puts us in. We don't need FE, it's just a question of our range v his range with a consideration of how often SB was slow playing a monster, how much the dead money in the pot affects our equity and, to a certain extent, of what situation raise-folding this much of our stack affects our equity in the tournament as a whole.
