Re: **Fantasy Basketball Advice Thread**
Bobbo why dont you like Bogut? Most sites have him projecting out to 15p 10reb 4as 1bl 55% FG 65% FT with upside. I technically took him around the 75th pick or so, when would you have taken him?

[/ QUOTE ] No way. He didn't average 15ppg last year and the whole starting lineup was hurt. Same with Boards. I know he's young, but I think he's lucky to equal last years stats given healthy Mo, Redd, CV31, E, Simmons, etc. |

Re: **Fantasy Basketball Advice Thread**
I dunno, most players really blossom in their 3rd year and Bogut already showed some clear strides last year. Hes their only really good big man. I guess its the experts vs. 2p2 on Bogut.

Re: **Fantasy Basketball Advice Thread**
Truth be told most sites means my NBA.com fantasy book. ESPN has him at 13 10 3 and in another fantasy book in borders i saw 14 10 4. 15 10 4 seems the natural progression based on his growth so far. I assume you just expect him to stagnate and repeat last year?

[/ QUOTE ] His stats last year were really inflated due to a (i'm going from memory here) ~15 game stretch where he was one of like two NBA players on the court for the bucks. I honestly think he's got more of a shot at averaging 10ppg than he does of averaging 15, even though his mean may be slightly closer to 15. |

Re: **Fantasy Basketball Advice Thread**
So do you not buy into the general 3rd year players blossom idea? I mean i understand they have more competent players and Redd is around again, But he has a ton of talent and again is their only real big threat. I find it hard to believe he will regress or at best match last year.
Where would you have taken him in a draft? 120's? Later? |
