Default Books on Your Bedside Table

Do you read before you go to sleep? Do you keep a super-bitchin' collection of books on your bedside table? What does it include?

1984, George Orwell (IP)
Neurobiology, Gordon M. Shepherd (NS)
The 48 Laws of Power, Robert Greene (F)
The Theory of Poker, David Sklansky (IP)
Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Friedrich Nietzche (NS)
Never Eat Alone, Keith Ferrazzi (IP)
Your Memory, Kenneth Higbee (IP)
A Scanner Darkly, Philip K. Dick (NS)
The Things They Carried, Tim O'Brien (NS)

I like to have a wide variety of reading material available to me before I go to bed.

(IP) = In Progress, (NS) = Not Started, (F) = Finished

"Charlie Wilson's War" - recommended by my dad, it's a fascinating book about the CIA's role in the war in Afghanistan against the Soviets.

Oh, I also have the issue of British GQ with Lindsay Lohan on the cover.

Memories of Ice by Steven Erikson (highly recommended if you're a George RR Martin fan...but read the 1st book first)

Agile Web Development with Rails (highly recommended if you're a web developer sick of sealing with stupid/[censored] frameworks)
