This is great news but unfortunately for me, I live in NY. Is there any workarounds out there for players in my siruation?

I just talked with their customer support. Apparently, the only stats that are banned are louisiana and washington.

They lied. 39 state accepted per MGS rules.

it doesn't matter anyway. i'd never play there. read about them in internet gambling (there's a thread about this right now)
