Make Brown Rice Taste Good

Try replacing some of the water you use w/ chicken broth. Adding a teaspoon of sesame oil (per cup dry rice) adds a nice flavor, too.

Brown and white rice tend to have no flavor! Thus, boring!

Easily solved. Add herbs/spices, such as oregano, basil, chili powder, etc....

Get some one carb ketcup and use that to floavor it. taste good to me.

Please. Next you're gonna say light beer tastes better than regular beer. Brown rice has a gritty texture and isn't great tasting. Really, if it tasted so great... We wouldn't be having this discussion because everyone would eat brown rice.

Try long, basmati, brown, rice. It's like 2.50/bag, but tastes awesome. TBH I've never had brown rice otherwise so this stuff could just be awesome and I'm talking out my ass, but check it out.

White rice takes twenty minutes to cook whereas brown rice takes forty-five minutes to cook.
