There a section in one of the books or websites associated with Ed Miller. It talks about the button being the "bread and butter" position and how to play pre-flop from the button. There's a comment about how they mean the button, and not CO, Hijack, etc.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, can you please post the reference? I need to re-read this. Thanks.
