Default Re: Too good to be true credit card decision?

I wonder why your limits are so low. With 5 years of credit history I got approved for a new $11,000 in HSBC credit last month. Started 5 years ago with Chase at $1,000 which is now up to $15,000. I was approved for $10,000 BoA last year, bumped it to $15,000 this year as well.

I don't even use the cards, in my life I have probably never charged more than $1,500.
