I think the UTG may check any draws in this situation. I see this quite allot with some players trying to extract what they think is maximum value by underbetting after they have made trips. I would probably stick in 250 on the turn to find out where I'm at in the hand, and then c/f the river to any big action.

Although I think RexWoo's suggestion is better.

I would fold the flop as well.
As played check/call turn is fine.
Then I would check it down on the river.

I must admit I am a bit surprised by the consensus replies.

I honestly think I am having the best hand here pretty often and I am getting 6:1 and closing the action. Granted, there are a lot of scare cards and if I face a strong bet on the turn I have to lay it down obv. I am not committed or anything with the flop call.

I´d really like some more comments.

I'm with you I don't understand the replies. You have caught the flop and the posters here are telling you to fold on the 1st minimum bet? Jeez how nitty.

You played OK although I think I would be re-raising the flop bet.

folding flop is good because you end up fold turn unimproved a whole lot. esp. true in this hand bc its pretty much impossible to improve your hand.

Yes, the key is that it's impossible for you to improve. Bad reverse implied odds at this maximum, so.

Improve on what? Are we just assuming the minimum bet means the villain has trips? So what would you not fold?.

And actually he did improve on the turn and another 8 would improve. Don't understand all the posts here.
