NYC Clubs - BED/Libation
One of my buddies wants to go out to one of these places Saturday night. I think he's got friends at both places. It's going to be me, him, his girlfriend, one of her friends (who looks really cute based on the picture I saw) and maybe a couple other friends. Not too many people though, cause I hate being in charge of organzing big groups, so like 7 or 8 max.
So who's been to either place, or ideally both? Where should I go?

I went to Libation for the 2004 NYE party. Nice crowd, 1st floor was a lot more happening vs. others. Are you going to get a table? I would recommend getting one if you plan on staying there for the night.

What are you guys planning to do? Just go drink? Dance? See and be seen?
I don't know much about Libation but if you're going for dancing and music I would check to see what's going on at each place. If you're just going to "go out" BED is fun, although it can be annoying because the place thinks it's way trendier than it really is (at least that's how everyone was when I was there a year or so ago).
