This could have easily been averted. You 'traded' with a low post newcomer, and you did not investigate before you sent. The screen name acez_acehigh is strikingly similar to a known scammer. A review of the alledged scammers list in this thread would cause most folks to hit the brakes on this one. Next time, get the account name that you are sending to, and do some checking before you send. Feel free to post here, and ask for help. There is additional excellent advice throughout this thread, and an especially important read is the first post. I also notice that you posted on the FTP forum in a thread that contains some valuable tips. That said, there are tools available to you to avoid exactly what happened here, and veteran traders available to help you along. Please feel free to use them on any of your future dealings.
