Harrah's WSOP ripoff

I don't know the specifics of any of the numbers, but to me the question of whether or not Harrahs profits from the WSOP can be framed in my mind by asking the question:


Do you think that Harrahs would be making more money during this June and July period in Las Vegas if the WSOP was not happening?



I'll leave it open as to what you think my conclusion is.
