I also wanted to write raise pf, unless table is very loose. Fretelöo, do you raise at a very LP table too? If you can expect to play it like 4 handed fo example?

Ari,

Raise the turn. Results are irrelevant, and don't post them.

Okay thanks, I'll keep that in mind next time.

Let's say I raise the turn and get 3 bet. My action would be call? Also considering the fact that he does have T9 he is surely betting the river so would I be calling that bet too assuming it's a blank.

At the very least, you're calling down a 3bet. You could even make a case for capping, since he might play this way with J8, J7, 44, and J4s.

This is "call vs cap" I assume? You're obv. never folding with outs to a FH/quads.

I know that I should have raised the turn for some reason I just didn't which saved me a bet or perhaps even two. I had no intention of folding.

However, sort of back tracking here. This might be a leak of mine but I typically just limp smaller pairs out of position. I assume I'm missing value here?

Depends on the limit you play and the general table condiditions. Basically, if you limp, you want others to limp along and play for set-value. Being first in, you can only be reasonably sure of that at a passive table (generally lower stakes). If you raise, you hope to get it HU with one CC (preferrably the blinds) and play this as a pair vs. (hopefully) unimproved overcards (or some such).
