Default KK 3 bet pot

Villain and I have some history together. He knows I 3 bet light fairly often as he has seen me do this a few times in the past couple of days. I have not done been caught doing that today though, but figured this could play a role. So far I already stacked him twice in situations where I 3 bet him pf so hes definitely tired of me. He runs at 17/13/2.8. When he calls the flop I felt he could definitely have a hand like AQ or AJ but he could also be floating me with some random pocket pair. Who likes leading out on this turn and who likes going for a crai and why? I didnt give c/c a thought as there is pretty much no way I make any cash if I hit a club and I really dont want to just call a psb or close to it.

I hate spots like this, I never know what to do tbh.

I usually would lead out for $20-$25 and hopefully he will fold if the Ace scared him, theres no reason you couldn't have an ace here as well, you might even get him folding AJ. If he shoves I fold, if he raises I call depending on price.

if you think you have some FE, then you shold bet. If not, then c/f.

A crai would only be good if he has QxQc, but he is checking that like everytime.

I really like a c/r allin against a lot of tighter opponents...might actually get some people to fold an A if they don't be large enough to commit themselves...and if they do bet big, it might get other opponents to get in with you with hands like TT-QQ with a club...

the only thing is...your bet of just half the pot on the flop might seem fishy to an observant opponent...he might not consider it too likely you have an A because of that bet size (unless you regularly c-bet just 1/2 the pot)

EDIT: whyzze is probably right about the checking behind with a hand like QxQc here...which would put quite a damper on my little plan...maybe lower PPs or PPs without a club are floating the flop and betting the turn though...

not sure

Yea I almost always bet 1/2 or slightly more in 3 bet pots so anyone who pays attention will notice that.
