I play it the same. I think checking the river is pretty bad as he'll probably check back his pocket pairs/ace high type stuff, but he may pay off a bet with them.

I think he meant C/R or bet on the turn not the river gordy. I'd normally lead this turn since he checks behind here alot, and he may think your just representing the jack.

Just bet $110 on the turn and call push or lead out on river.

I think you should lead the turn. Villain will call with 88, and prob call river. then you get 3 bets in instead of two. If villain bets turn and you c.r he is folding and only two bets go in. The only way you can get 3bets in a good % of the time is to lead the turn.

i'd say i donk the turn 50% and play it the way you did the rest of the times.. really depends on the villain, som "TAG's" cant help themselves and have to raise a turn donk [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] some you can barely get any value from unless played your way
