I just talked to Tommy recently about coaching. He has a book coming out soon and I am stoked about that. We decided that it would be best to wait until after I had read his book and then see if I still want his services.

I do know several respected players who recommend him.

I have known Tommy for a number of years. Have spent tons of hours at the table with him and have hung out and talked poker with him a lot. His coaching is obviously a lot different in nature than what you'll get from most people, but I think it's super valuable stuff. In addition to the strategic stuff, his coaching helps players keep from tilting and keep playing their A game a lot more often. That's such a huge factor for many players.

I've spoken with a handful of well-known online poker pros who have been coached by Tommy and they've said a lot of very good things about his program. Of course, I have no idea if he's even coaching these days!

his book will be out between november of this year and january of next year. Coaching will resume in 2008

Been playing for about 5 years and dont see how he would improve my game. although he claims he will improve "any players" game.
