Default 50nl, simple hand,.. whats the best way to play it?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $64.10
Hero (BB): $50.70
UTG: $53.90
BTN: $57.80

Reads: villains 65/25/5 over 30hands... we havnt tangle at all yet, seems like a standard lagtard/maniac

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
2 folds, SB raises to $2.00, Hero raises to $7.00, SB calls $5.00

Flop: ($14) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9.50, SB raises to $19.00, Hero folds

Pot Size: $42.50 ($1.60 Rake)

it seems lately im getting every cbet in 3bpots shoved on... is there any other way to play this with the info i have? i feel like i could still be ahead... but i doubt he folds any pp and certainly not an 8 or 9. i feel i should be using position more... im generally cbet/folding or getting ai on the flop in 3bpots

anyone like a check behind on the flop?

thanks!

I check the flop behind, a big range shoves over you or raises you ( every pair could do that when you have been 3betting light ) + a lot of crappy hands like JT and stuff connect, villain could have a wide range of hands here.
Also it's ok to check more flops in 3bet pots since villains will rarely bet turn w/ air and with a hand they will probably try to protect it there.
