If I don't shower at least once a day, my body/hair just start feeling nasty. Nothing physically happens to my skin or hair, but if I don't take a shower my brain tells me that I must be filthy. It doesn't matter if I go outside or not, I'll shower and put back on my lounging clothes that I've been wearing for days, but I still have to be clean.

yeah after like a day w.o shower my hair gets a bit oily and my ass.

i never go >3 days w/o shower

every day during school, and probably like 69.5% every day and 27.5% every other day during the summer
