Don't worry, the MMA guys look ridiculous as well when trying to throw a punch and they're some of the toughest guys in the world. There's more to being capable of fighting and defending yourself than throwing a good punch.

I lift 3 days a week. Also, I do a bunch of cardio. Sucks to golf and play softball and be sore afterwards. Sucks hard. I'm freaking 40 years old!.
