Default bankroll tracking software

Anybody know of any software for Palm that will track session times and profits/losses?

I just use the Memo app and then transfer the data to pokercharts when I get home. I know it's not free or the most ideal, but it's not that tough, either.

Yeah, I'm just not always really doing that, and having a specific app would make me more likely to do it right.

Do it right? How hard is it?

Date/hours played/result +/-

It's easy with a pocket calendar.

*eyeroll* I'm type A. Having something specific to do something works for me. I don't expect it to make sense to other people.

I use Microsoft Money.

It ships with a Pocket PC version, so maybe also a Palm version, but that's possibly less likely. There might be freely available or "cheaply available" Palm software that "syncs" with MS Money, though.

Beyond the standard Category/Subcategory, it also allows you to define up to two additional classification/subclassification types. I've developed "Betting Structure" and "Game Type" classifications. (Betting Structure would be like "$2 NL" or "$5/$10 FL", while Game Type would be "Full Ring Holdem" or "6 Max Omaha").

I also use it to track rakeback and bonuses, and the flow of $$ from one account to another (not that there's much movement of money these days, since the Neteller debacle).

The Reports features allow you to analyze all sorts of financial-aspect issues of your play. It won't help with the session times issue though. I only play online, so I use Money in conjunction with PokerTracker. PT handles all the gameplay issues.

It's just right for the "Type A" type, and costs less than $30 at Costco.

If you have Excel on your Palm, use that. It's fairly easy to create a spreadsheet that will keep track of this. It's what I use for B&M.

Yeah, um, Microsoft doesn't make apps for Palm... because they compete directly with them.
