easy bet here, if he limped UTG and is good he could easily be trappinng KK or AA, more likely AA and QQ is out of the picture since that is too dangerous to let lots see the flop. I think he has AA here and was trapping but ran into this jack and got scared off when you called it, very easy bet here, he most likely would not check a boat. Take him to VALUE TOWN

[/ QUOTE ] I think whats wrong with it is that it gives him the opportuntiy to bluff with a busted draw via river check-raise a tactic common at higher stakes among tricky players. I mean its not likely he's bluffing but its likely enough you have to call everytime getting 15:1 on your money. Can you really confidently say there's a 5% chance your ahead when he check-raises you on the river? |
