Default without record covers, what do you kids use for rolling joints?

In addition to containing some pretty cool art-work and liner notes, I remember that album covers were essential for separating seeds and rolling joints.

So what do people use nowadays?

Does anyone still smoke pot?

Educate an old-timer like myself, please.

No way, man. The youth of today is high on life!

But I hear plates work pretty well as a horizontal surface.

A table or a binder or the top of a case of beer or the floor or any other flat surface. Seriously, how high were you when you posted this?

Not at all, believe it or not. I was just in the process of digitizing my vinyl and reminiscing about how useful the covers were. I don't think the other flat services would be as convienent, though I guess they suffice.

Erm, any old magazine on your lap usually works well or the nearest flat surface. (wish I had some gear right now)

Rolling joints is a lot less common than it used to be - and an inefficient way to smoke expensive weed. Bowls and bongs are much more common.

man we pros at this, i usually just break the weed up in the baggie to get rid of the seeds, then roll the joint in the palm of my right hand while holding the wheel with knees.....then i flap my shirt out the window to get rid of crumbs.
