This question is a bit gay.

Friend told me that pedophile fags and the like often put AIDS needles into the coin-return slots/holes of vending machines and payphones.

Any truth to this?

Well, the question wasn't specifically whether it was true or not, but whether it happened with any degree of frequency that I need to concern myself with it.
