Default AQ semi-deep against passive

Villian limps a lot and is passive, but I have taken a few pots off of him, and he may just be getting frustrated. Anyway, this hand came up, and I had little idea what to do.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($906)
SB ($613.45)
BB ($994.59)
UTG ($1019.42)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, Q. SB posts a blind of $3.
UTG calls $6, Hero raises to $28</font>, 2 folds</font>, UTG calls $22.

Flop: ($65) 8, 7, Q [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero bets $55</font>, UTG raises to $234</font>, Hero ?

A plan for later streets also would be nice depending on your line

I think I would call and lead a non spade turn...

this looks like the in position flush draw raise...I hate these spots and its really the toughest parts of deep cash game play because this coudl easily be 777 as it is something like 910 spades.

Keep in mind I wouldn't criticize a fold and I don't find it weak tight at all.

Villian is OOP man.

OP- Normally in this spot I call and see what happens on the turn. However, I'm by no means an expert at NL600...
