he's shown he likes to call, i'd just make a sizeable value bet on the river, $180 or so.

I think it's a definite fold on the river as played. I dont mind the bet/fold he has shown he likes calling like fionn said and it was a good sized vb he might call light.

Although I prefer cbet the flop, 36/23 he just isn't going to have much and he already called you down once and you had it so he is hopefully giving you more respect.

I'm not certain you would post this hand had you not won it. Anyway, I don't fully understand not betting THIS flop. Imagine how big his range is pf and keep in mind that there is a boat load of it that just won't call.


Given villain didn't bet flop, I really like c/c on THIS turn. If I c/c the turn, I c/c the river as well. As played, c/c or normal value bet is fine. As played, I think you kind of have to call given your bizarre bet size. I wouldn't like it though.

Certainly is a weird spot though.
