Default TPTK oop in a reraised pot

Villain seems to be a standard tag. This is the first time I'm playing a hand against him, and it's also the first time I've seen him reraise preflop.

UTG ($86)
MP ($213.20)
Button ($1232.40)
Hero ($808)
BB ($1326.02)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $16</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $44</font>, Hero calls $28.

Flop: ($88) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero... pauses and wonders what his plan is.

Given the stack depth I think anything other than c/c is pretty bad. Probably c/c again on a brick turn, then either c/c or c/f the river. If he checks behind at any point I would start v-betting.
