Don't drink. Messes up your sleep. That's a good reason to stay away from Nyquil too.
I'd suggest reading something really enjoyable that doesn't take a huge amount of concentration, while lying down very comfy like. Keep some water handy so you don't have to get up if you wake up thirsty. Imaginative writing can make you visualize stuff and gets you more and more disconnected from the world and dreamy. Then it's nap time before you know it. |

welcome to the club, for what its worth otc meds have never worked for me, lunesa also didnt work, ambien cr made me black out and i got in fights with some people and went online busto due to it. unfortunately i cant help you with advice, its been 2 or 3 years now for me and i'm still looking for a solution...
