Call Microsoft, see if you're still under warranty, get a new 360 a week and a half later. If you're out of warranty, I don't know what to tell you, pay the ~120 bucks to replace it or just scrap it?

This happened to me...it was 2 months out of warranty went it went out. I didnt wanna pay the 140 to get it fixed. I bought it with my amex which extends the warranty an additional year. Called Amex, they just need an email saying how much the repair would be to process it. I called MS to get this info and they suddenly change their mind and said they would fix it for free.
Im not complaining.

Would be sure to check this out, or at least call support first. Different lights mean different things. Could be a complete hardware failure or something as silly as a loose AV cable.
